H. Josh Garza is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Great Auk Wireless, LLC; Optima Computers, LLC; and their subsidiary organizations. Mr. Garza formed Optima Computers in 2002 with the mission of providing residents and businesses in Southern Vermont with a local and complete solution to all their technology needs. Mr. Garza is credited with guiding Optima through its formative years and overseeing the expansion of the company and its service offerings while remaining true to the original vision.

Through the dedicated effort of Mr. Garza, Great Auk Wireless and Optima Computers have grown to become one of the largest technology-based companies in New England. Mr. Garza continues to plan for the continued development of the Great Auk Wireless and Optima family of services within New England. Mr. Garza, along with CTO Nick Huanca, is credited with the current pending patents the Company has submitted for review at this time.

Josh is continually looking for ways to use technology to enhance the quality of life for Vermonters; helping to harness it’s power while maintaining the integrity of Vermont’s natural resources and assets. Josh lives in Brattleboro, Vermont with his wife Jessica and the company’s mascot, Intel.

Gregg R. Noble is Chief Operating Officer for Great Auk Wireless, LLC; Optima Computers, LLC; and their subsidiary organizations. Mr. Noble joined the Optima in 2005 to assist the firm in launching its new retail operations and was instrumental, along with Mr. Garza in the outlining the vision and organization of Great Auk Wireless. Mr. Noble is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of the companies, overseeing business development and assisting in defining the organization’s strategic direction. Mr. Noble is the former Senior Accounts Manager for SoVerNet, Inc. (www.sover.net) and brings with him many years of telecommunications and managerial experience. Mr. Noble is a Cum Laude graduate of Johnson State in 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

In addition to his work with Optima Computers, Mr. Noble acts as the Troop Committee Chairman for his local Boy Scout Troop and volunteers his time in many local charities and youth organizations in southern Vermont. Gregg lives in Rockingham, Vermont with his wife Sarah Jane and their son.

Nick Huanca is Chief Technical Officer of Great Auk Wireless and its subsidiary organizations. Mr. Huanca began work with Optima Computers during its formative years in 2002 as lead computer technician, and through the years has lead the development of the company’s internal network infrastructure, designed and implemented Optima’s dialup Internet service, and designed the model for the original Great Auk Wireless network. Mr. Huanca manages the day-to-day technical operations of Great Auk Wireless. Mr. Huanca, along Mr. Garza, is credited with the current pending patents the Company has submitted for review at this time.

John Caceres serves as Director of Marketing of Great Auk Wireless, LLC; Optima Computers, LLC; and their subsidiary organizations. Mr. Caceres joined the Company in 2006 and brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience having worked with leading national and worldwide brands in the wireless and technology categories. John lives in Hartland, Vermont where he is restoring his 18th Century Cape farmhouse. As an avid skier, John shares his passion by teaching at one of the area’s largest ski resorts. He is also a member of a local trail advocacy group, promoting responsible multi-sport trail use.

Jake Marsh serves as Director of Northern Operations for Great Auk Wireless, LLC. Mr. Marsh joined the organization in 2007 as part of the acquisition of Island Pond Wireless. Mr. Marsh is responsible for the day to day operations of the Great Auk Northern Division, strategic network expansions in the region and assisting in design strategy for the backbone network. Mr. Marsh is the former president and founder of Island Pond Wireless, one of the early pioneers in fixed wireless broadband for Vermont.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in systems engineering and development work to the Great Auk team. Jake lives in Island Pond, Vermont and in addition to his work in bringing modern communications to the Northeast Kingdom, spends time in the great outdoors and helps groom trails for Brighton Snowmobile club.
